October was absolutely crazy, but we ended October’s weddings with a bang. Seriously a wedding at one of my favorite venues, a sweet couple who I knew personally, and working with a new florist who is literally incredible. I truly could not have asked for more to finish up October.
Each year I have the pleasure of shooting at Union 12, after all it is one of the most popular venues in the area. Since it opened in 2018 I have photographed 7 weddings there. It is my most visited venue, and one of my favorites. So from the moment Tyler and Morgan booked I knew their day would be gorgeous. Union 12 is absolutely stunning year round, but the fall is like no other. Combining the gorgeous fall colors with the gorgeous details of the day and it was just beautiful. Tyler and Morgan had the most pretty florals, seriously I think I found a new florist I am in love with. Their florals were so dreamy, and the perfect blend of fall mixed with their color palette. I could have photographed the bouquets all day. Combine the bouquets with Morgan and Tyler’s colors palette and the day was a dream. Seriously I loved the tones of pinks and reds for the bridesmaids dresses combined with the black, white, and grey of the guys. It was the perfect compliment to the fall leaves, and the venue itself and made for such a gorgeous day. Plus the bridesmaids dresses were mismatching styles and colors which means you know I was in absolute heaven as that is my all time favorite look. I always love the mismatched styles of bridesmaid dresses because I feel like it gives me a glimpse into each bridesmaid’s personality and this was very true for this wedding. After spending the day with the girls, each dress was totally a 100% a reflection of them.
The girls and guys that made up the bridal party could not have been better. Evan and I both walked away from this wedding talking about how great the bridal party was. They were fun and energetic. They brought so much joy and entertainment to photos as well as the day as a whole. They were kind and sweet. They loved so hard on Morgan and Tyler, and were all in the entire day. There was no a single moment where they were focused on anything other then Tyler and Morgan and it was so sweet to watch. These two were 100% surrounded in love and support from their bridal party. Between siblings, best friends, and lifelong friends, these two could not have had a better bridal party if they had tried.
While the bridal party may have been amazing, the best part of the day will always be the bride and groom. Now I actually know this bride’s family as her parents and my parents were neighbors for two years. So having the privilege of photographing their daughter’s wedding was truly such a blessing, and one I didn’t take lightly. I poured my soul and all my energy into this day and let me tell you it was so worth it. Morgan and Tyler are two of the sweetest and loving individuals I have ever met. Morgan spent her entire wedding day just glowing, literally. I have never had a bride so filled with joy, and who literally spent the whole day smiling like Morgan did, and the same goes with Tyler. He was so ready to marry Morgan and make her his wife and it was so incredible to watch. This also made my job really easy as these two were total naturals together and in front of the camera. Their chemistry is incredible and this is one of those couples that makes everyone who meets them believe in true love. I literally could not have asked for a sweeter couple, because I absolutely ADORE these two and will be over here hoping they just decide to get married all over again.
