Spring College Campus Engagement Session at Indiana Tech

Private Property, Foster Park and Indiana Tech | Fort Wayne, Indiana

So I am going to be honest, I haven’t photographed a session in so long I was insanely nervous on my way to Lexi and Tyler’s session. It reminded me of the first time I photographed a session and it was paid. I was insanely nervous, worried I might mess up and then the client would wonder why in the world they hired me in the first place. I havent felt that in nearly 6 years, so it was crazy to feel those kind of nerves again. But thanks to Corona, Lexi and Tyler’s engagement session was the first engagement session I have shot in over 3 months. I was slightly worried I had forgotten something, then it turned into do I still know how to use my camera. Good news, I did not forget anything, and I do in fact know how to use my camera still, so their session was a total success in my book.

Lexi and Tyler are one of my amazing 2021 couples, and let me tell you, I am so excited for their wedding next Spring. These two are so easy to be around, and so enjoyable to be around. It was all laughter and smiles the entire session, and it honestly felt like I was photographing two of my very best friends. Plus let’s be honest, they are such a cute couple. Lexi and Tyler also were sob great to photograph because I really felt like I had a glimpse into their lives with their location choices. We started at their home where I had the pleasure of meeting their cat. We then moved to Indiana Tech which is actually where these two met, and I even photographed them in front of the building they met at for the first time, then finished at Foster Park because these two love being outside. All around it was honestly the perfect session to come back to, and I will be anxiously awaiting their wedding!
